Hey folks! It's almost time to make your weight loss resolutions for the New Year. I'm setting mine at 12 pounds less by July 4th. Sounds easy enough but each pound seems to take an incredible amount of effort these days. I'm going to be tracking my steps with a pedometer and using the old Weight Watchers system, so I'll post updates along the way.
