30 Easy Spanish Recipes

During a visit to Dallas, my friend Courtney and her husband Kevin insisted on taking me to a new favorite, Sangria Tapas & Bar. It was an incredible and unique experience, almost like being a guest in someone's home. We were able to order dishes as a group and our table was overflowing with food, tantalizing smells, and flavors. Since then, Spanish food has become an absolute love of mine. Generally, the recipes are healthy and easy to cook, so today I'm sharing some of my favorites with you. And if you happen to drop by Sangria, you must try the grilled Portabello mushrooms and octopus "Spanish Style". Simply divine.
