I serve mine on Weight Watchers Sandwich Thins (1 Old Point) with sautéed mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers (0 Old Points). For more zero point additions, you can add mustard and tomato. So you get all of that for 3 points!
If you're following the Points Plus Program, Mediterranean Chickpea Burgers are 3 P+; Weight Watchers Sandwich Thins are 3 P+; sautéed mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers are 1 P+; all for a total of 7 P+.
If you're not following Weight Watchers but are counting calories, Mediterranean Chickpea Burgers are 110 calories; Weight Watchers Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins are 100 calories; sautéed mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers are about 35 calories; all for a total of 245 calories.
