This is a deliciously healthy smoothie from those sassy authors of Skinny Bitch in the Kitch. Skinny Bitch is a great resource for quick, easy, healthy, vegan eating--just so happens to be funny as well (I laughed hysterically!).
Makes about 2 cups.
Tropical Orange Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups chunked, frozen bananas (If using fresh fruit, just add 1/2 cup ice cubes)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
Preparation
- In a blender, combine the fruit and orange juice.
- Puree until smooth.
