Strawberry Girl Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients- 2 1/2 cup strawberries-fresh or frozen
- 2 cups almond nutmilk or malted vanilla soymilk
- ice (optional); or 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 2+ Tablespoon honey
Preparation
1) Combine milk with strawberries in the blender and puree smooth.
2) Add ice or a small bit of frozen banana and reblend until smooth and creamy.
This is a delicious post-workout or breakfast smoothie. I used frozen bananas rather than ice cubes, but you wouldn't know it. This smoothie is all about strawberries!
